The other day I heard some interesting news about Storify and from what I got it sounded liked a handy tool to quickly collect content from social networks and weave it into a quick blog post or story.

I was very thrilled to hear about a new WordPress plugin that allows you to integrate your tweet of choice in a simple way: Blackbirdpie for WordPress.

The second article of my WordPress Series will focus on WordPress plugins. There are plenty of great quality ad-ons available, maybe too many (#appstoresyndrom), so the problem is more to find the good stuff and tell it apart from the bad stuff. :/ A good starting point to search for plugins is always the WordPress Plugin Directory (which is also integrated in the admin panel.)

One last important remark, only install plugins from trusted and well-known sources and keep them updated. So,  without further ado I’ll simply list the plug-ins I use (and what for), what they are good for and where you can find them, cool? Here we go…
